Khartoum-(SUNA)- The Sudan’s customs Corporation and South Sudan Customs Commission signed in Juba, the capital of south Sudan, an agreement aimed at opening crossing borders between the two countries at Guda area and Kosti Port in order to facilitate trade exchange and goods movement between the two countries.
The two parties agreed also to cooperate in the field of training and capacity-building of South Sudan’s employees and to provide training opportunities and scholarships at the Academy of Customs Sciences in Khartoum.
The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by the Sudanese Customs Director General Lt. General (police) Bashir Al -Tahir and the Deputy of Police Inspector General, in South Sudan Tomas Jack.
