Khartoum,- (SUNA) – The Acting Political Secretary of the Democratic Unionist Party (the origin), Moataz Al-Fahal, met in ( Al- Sayed Ali’s Geneina), in Khartoum today, Mohammed Al-Amin Ahmed, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Future Movement for Reform and Development, and briefed him on the arrangements for the return of Maulana Mohammed Othman Al-Mirghani, The guide of the Khatmiyya Sect and the head of the Democratic Unionist Party (the origin) to the homeland.
The Deputy Secretary-General of the Future Movement, Mohammed Al-Amin, welcomed the return of Maulana Al-Mirghani to the country, commending the national roles that he has been playing, stressing that his return will contribute positively to solving the issues of the complex political scene, the meeting also tackled the current political situation
Later, sources revealed that Al-Mirghani’s return, which was scheduled for next Monday, was postponed to November 21.
According to Sudan Tribune sources that “it was decided that the return of the head of the party, Mohammed Osman al-Mirghani, will be on November 21 and that the postponement of his return for the purpose of further arranging for the organization of a reception is worthy of him.”
